Leaders need bold visions and strong plans SIMULATENOUSLY. At the NBOE June 2010 board meeting, Thomas Luna pushed key questions that are necessary to ensure our plans are leading us to our vision.
No Youth Prisons
In the spring of 2019, Thomas Luna marched with over 600 Newarkers at the Institute of Social Justice rally. As a rally speaker, Luna made it clear to the state that new youth prisons are NOT on the table especially in Newark.
